1984 Chevrolet Caprice Classic Estate
While the shrunken station wagons held onto some success in the early 80s, death came in a boxy form in 1983: The Minivan. The runaway success of the Dodge Caravan quickly took station wagon sales, hammering the last nail into the coffin.

COMMENT		 The mid-sized GM wagons had an interesting quark: The real windows could not be rolled down. Only 4-door version were available.

COMMENT		 The reliable Mercedes wagons can not only be found as the family car, but hard working fleet vehicles such as taxis and other such company cars. I believe the 230 TE was the European equivalent of the American imported 300 T. I have been told this kit is the AMG Hammer Wagon version.

COMMENT		 Molded in white, black, grey and clear. Unfortunately this curb-side kit does not include the 560 S-class V-8 engine.

COMMENT		 I think the 200TD was not for US import. Similar to the 300TD sold in the US. Detailed interior with instrument panel, telephone receiver, the Fire Brigade's new blue light bar, fire extinguishers, canisters, portable spot lights, warning cones, detailed wheel suspendion, rubber tires, color decals for different versions. Molded in white, black, grey, clear, and clear blue plastic with rubber tires.
