LINDA WALKS

(Richardson)

Life can turn from left to right

Like  a weathervane

In a thunderstorm

All we do is hold on tight

And find a peaceful place

That’s safe and warm

For our memories…

Linda Walks out into the sun

Yes she’s goin’ home because her race is run

And we will take her hand like a long lost friend

When we see her again

We will see her again

We’ll understand it by and by

In another place

Where there’s no grief or pain

So wipe the salt tears from your eyes

And go hold the ones

Who are close to you

They mean everything.

Linda Walks out into the sun

Yes she’s goin’ home because her race is run

And we will take her hand like a long lost friend

When we see her again

We will see her again

Every nightfall brings a new day

Every setting sun will rise

Now we see as through glass darkly

One day we will see her smile

Let me tell you about it!

Linda Walks out into the sun

Yes she’s goin’ home because her race is run

And we will take her hand like a long lost friend

When we see her again

We will see her again
