September 17 at Apollo: 2nd Place in Class A, 4th Place at Finals
September 24 at Hopkins County Central: 1st Place in Class A
September 24 at Logan County: Best Color Guard, 1st Place in Class A
October 1: Hosted the 6th Annual Owensboro Catholic Marching Invitational
October 8 at McLean County: 1st Place in Class A, RESERVE GRAND CHAMPION
October 22 Regionals at Steel Stadium: DISTINGUISHED RATING!!, 4th Place and Qualified for State Championship Semifinals
October 29 State: 8th place out of 16--Tied 2nd highest finish in school history
| Color Guard Auditions
Auditions for the Owensboro Catholic Color Guard will be held on Monday, May 3 and Thursday, May 6 from 3:30-5:00 in the Owensboro Catholic Small Gym. Color Guard is open to any Owensboro Catholic student currently in grades 6-11.
| Winterguard wins GOLD at Championships!
Congratulations to the Owensboro Catholic Winterguard on winning the Gold Medal at the TriState Circuit Championships at Ryle High School on Saturday, March 27. The Winterguard is a member of the Scholastic A-3 Class and placed 1st out of 21 groups. The Winterguard was ranked 2nd heading into Championships and pulled ahead with an outstanding performance! The Winterguard was also promoted into a more advanced class for next year. This was the Winterguard’s second Gold Medal in the past three years. Winterguard members are: Megan Alvey, Juliana Aud, Lindsey Carrico, Michael Crowe, Zach Hendrix, Sarah Murphy, Morgan Oller, Cortney Phillips, Jennifer Phillips, and Allison Schepers. Congratulations to the Owensboro Catholic High School Concert band on receiving straight Distinguished Ratings at the 2nd District KMEA Large Ensemble Festival at the Madisonville Community College on March 9, 2010! WAY TO GO ACES!!!
