November Secretary’s Report

     There was a club meeting held on October 11, 2003 at Heath Eckerle’s house.  Members present at the meeting were as follows:  Heath Eckerle, Jim and Tina Phillips, Allen and Brenda Popp, Steve Roach, Danny Helfen, Keith Dryden, Greg Mauzey, Rich and Melissa Reisz.  The Fall Trail Ride was discussed.  Rich Reisz agreed to contact John Deel to set up work dates for trail cleaning/making.  Board of Directors elections were held.  The following positions will change effective January 1, 2004:  Rich Reisz - President, Steve Cain - VP, Daniel Weisman - Treasurer,  Melissa Reisz - Secretary.    

     There was a club meeting held on November 2, 2003 at Danny Helfen’s house.  Members present at the meeting were as follows:  Allen and Brenda Popp, Billy and Lisa Chaplin, Daniel and Julie Helfen, Daniel Weisman, Greg Mauzey, Ralph Eckardt, Rich and Melissa Reisz.  There was discussion regarding the Fall Trail Ride that will take place at the French Lick Springs Resort on November 14-16, 2003.  Trail requirements, sign-up process, and tech schedule were set.  Rich Reisz agreed to contact John Deel regarding tech designation area and to close on the fine details.  The Christmas Party was set for December 13, 2003 at Bill and Dave’s Smokin’ Pit in Tell City, IN at 4:00pm (est.)  Members will have the choice to order from the menu or buffet (members responsible for food purchase.)  Brenda Popp agreed to send out a flyer to remind members about the party.  See ya’ll at the Pit!!!
