Wilstem Event

This event is open to IFWDA members only. While guests are allowed, they must be passengers in a member’s vehicle. TREAD LIGHTLY!!! Will be practiced and NO ALCOHOL on trail rides will be tolerated. Short wheel-base & Full size four wheel drive vehicle’s - no quads or motorcycles.

 

1. Everyone will be required to sign a release form and will RECIEVE their Meal Ticket at registration.

 

Registration: $40.00 per person

                         $20.00 per child ages 6 - 10

                           Under 5 are FREE

Friday, August 13th, 2004

Registration & Tech - 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Lodging Check-in - 4:00pm - ???

Trail Ride - depends on number of people there

 

Saturday, August 14th, 2004

Registration - 7:00am - 8:30am

Driver’s Meeting - 8:30am

Line Up - 8:45am

Trail Ride - 9:00am - 12:00pm ( noon )

Lunch - 12:00pm ( noon ) - 1:00pm

Trail Ride - 1:00pm - 5:00pm

Dinner - 6:00pm

 Activities - 7:00 - ?

                                          I.F.W.D.A. Guide Lines for Event

All rules will be Strictly Enforced, Violators will be Removed form Event

Vehicle Requirements

Tire Size - Not to exceed 40  inches as marked on sidewall

Wheel Base - short only ( 128 inch maximium )

Vehicles must be equipped with SAFE PULL POINTS ( Front & Rear ) NO TOW POINTS - NO TRAIL RIDE

Vehicles should be equipped with a TOW STRAP ( Absolutely no Chains)

Vehicles must be Street Legal ( NO open headers )

Vehicles should be equipped with C.B. Radio

All trail vehicles will be subject to a brief tech INSPECTION

Registration

Arrival time 3:00pm Friday & Departure time by 3:00pm Sunday

Early arrivals will have to check in with Wilstem and pay an additional fee

Vehicle Limit - OPEN ( Limited to IFWDA members only vehicles)

Non-Driving guest are welcome, Their registration and fees must be included with an IFWDA members registration

Vehicle owners must have INSURANCE

All drivers must have valid drivers license

Registration due August 1st , 2004

NO REFUNDS on  registration fees

All participants must sign waiver form & IFWDA Sign in sheet  upon arrivial at Wilstem

Trail Guides

All Trail Guides must be authorized and approved by Event Committee

NO TRAIL RIDING without AUTHORIZED TRAIL GUIDE

NO ALCOHOL consumed on the TRAILS

No erratic and/or inappropriate driving

MUST STAY ON MARKED TRAILS

STAY OUT OF MUD HOLES, This is intended to be a trail ride, TREAD LIGHTLY!!!, event
